1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping:40-80 Rs, 5–7 business days

Express Shipping: 80-150 Rs, 2–3 business days

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹200. This offer is valid only for orders shipped within Haryana.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@hssccetupdates.com or 7496902089. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@hssccetupdates.com or 7496902089. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India
